An Event Strategies Network Session: Managing Multi-Stakeholder Tensions   Recently updated !

Peer learning is at the heart of The Event Strategies Network. Each session is a space to exchange experiences, approaches, and inspiration drawn from our collective work designing and convening events for social change.

Our next gathering on Oct 21st is for anyone navigating the complexities of multi-stakeholder convenings—whether you’re balancing priorities between civil society, government, the private sector, or grassroots movements. We’ll open a practical conversation on the real-world challenges of managing competing interests and create a space to share tools, strategies, and lived experiences for fostering inclusive, impactful convening.

What we’ll dig into together:

  • The dynamics of hosting events across sectors and perspectives
  • Approaches to building trust and inclusion from the earliest planning stages
  • Practical lessons on balancing power, managing friction, and making space for diverse voices
  • Members’ experiences and questions on cultivating constructive dialogue

If you design, manage, or produce events—or are simply curious to learn from and with peers facing similar questions—this community session is for you. Bring your stories and questions; leave with new connections and collective wisdom.

Next session:

October 21st at 3pm UTC (Check your time zone). To join register on zoom here.
