MozFest and Fabriders have collaborated closely since 2016, designing a program of resources and tools for MozFest’s Facilitators and Wranglers to help them deliver an accessible, inclusive, and participatory experience for all festival attendees.
Over the years, Dirk has been instrumental in evolving our approaches to leadership development, facilitation support, and peer-to-peer orientation sessions, empowering our facilitators to get the very best from their sessions and their participants. Dirk has been a critical source of peer support for my own leadership development as Senior Director of an international festival and the MozFest team in our learning and development as movement organisers and strategic growth for the festival.
On a more personal note, collaborating with Dirk is always an absolute joy. The warmth and care he designs into his meetups and training events—whether in person or online—create unique spaces that support openness, honesty, and trust.
