Strengthening Greenpeace’s Engagement Strategies

Over the summer of 2016, we helped Greenpeace International develop a three day event that brought together 120 people from the staff of the secretariat and the National Regional Offices to share knowledge and improve engagement practices.  This was to support Greenpeace’s Theory of Change that focuses on developing ‘people power’ and enabling external stakeholders to be the driving force behind their campaigns.  The event was held in September of 2016 and Dirk Slater acted as Lead Facilitator.
